Moon is a hanging flower pot for the wall. The base shape, shaped like a moon, I use to make several versions with different clays. It has a hole in the back for easy hanging and three small holes in the bottom for water drainage.

I wanted to make a planter to hang on the wall for two main reasons: cats and space. I love plants but the floor space of the house has a limit. I wanted to have more types of plants, plants that did not need to be cat friendly and that a cat could not reach (to bite and destroy). And so I began to design a pot that was not only beautiful but could also provide the plant a good home. I went through several versions and sizes until I found the one I liked: Moon.
